    Hi guys, I was out of the country for the past 4 weeks. I am back a little heavier than when I left so I have work to do to get back on track. Will continue with my weigh -in day on Tuesday.
    I've noticed that we have a change in our team leadership. Congrats Shawna. I do have to catch up reading the posts for the last couple weeks.

    Hi everyone, so great to see many old friends here for March as well as some new faces. This is the third month that I join the challenge. February was not that great for me. I changed jobs and did not manage to check in regularly. My goal for March is to log my food everyday.

    Weight loss was due to being sick all week and not eating very much. Have a wonderful week everyone.

    Hi everyone! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone a little better, share some new goals and keep working on my bigger goals! :)

    Here are my march goals!

    EXPLORE ONE NEW PLACE EACH WEEK.

    LEARN SOMETHING NEW.

    GET STARTED ON ONE THING YOU’VE BEEN PUTTING OFF.

    WALK AFTER LUNCH OR DINNER.

    MEAL PREPPING.

    DRINK MORE WATER.

    TRY A NEW FORM OF EXERCISE.

    LOSS 6 POUNDS AND EXERCISE 5 TIMES A WEEK

    Those are some awesome goals for this month. I am with you, I am so ready for spring to come and stay not just visit. Lol

    @NationalCapital I need to apologize to you and realized after you posted your weight you said it was because you were sick. I am sorry to hear that and hope you are feeling better.

    Starting weight: 156.....I rounded....now I see that others are doing exact...so in reality it was 155.6 I will use exact number in future:)

    I am thankful for you all. I really needed encouragement for change. The biggest thing I have changed so far is that I am not snacking so much at work and after dinner.

    Shawna.. no need to apologize. I just didn't want to set the bar too high for next week's result, which will definitely not be another 3 pounds.

    Today is in the 40's sun is shining! I am going to work on one of my goals and every couple of hours I am going to walk around the block and at lunch I might even walk around the lake!:)
