Spin ended up getting cancelled, so did the elliptical and stair master 15 minuets each, then a light session of weights. Today 2 miles right after work

How is everyone doing? What types of exercise do you guys do?

Hi team, my name is Allison (I'm 52 yo) and have been on this team for a while now. I don't get to log in as much as I would like, but I am always personally cheering everyone on. We all have good days and bad days but I always reminding myself that tomorrow is a brand new day, a brand new start, a clean slate. I am slowly inching down ounce by ounce, it's not easy. Around Valentine's Day I joined the gym and have been regularly taking classes and doing a workout schedule I found on Pintrest (LOL). I feel it is working for me, plus since December I have been working on a low-carb, high fat, keto-type menu. My mantra seems to be slow and steady. I have lost about 22 pounds in a year.
    GO TEAM RTM!

I started lifting weights 6 months ago, and a little running last week. When the snow dissapers I hope to use my bike to work(Apr 10 miles)

@DreamPhedre Dit the peanut butter help? I hope so, I would hate for you to still be sad.

@BadgerLamb236 It did! The Ice Cream too. And sitting outside (in the COLD) and starring at the stars for awhile before bed last night.

Exercise - yes. Yoga and Pilates.
    Calories - yes. Just under.
    Tracking - yes.

My favourite forms of exercise (bearing in mind I am not a natural exerciser) are walking, with or without dogs, and Pilates. I am trying to get into yoga, and have found a beginners course online that seems OK. Will persevere for a while.

Sometimes, if I'm having issues, I add a little low calorie (5-10
cal) flavoring packet. It helps me get drinking more.
