    Thurs Daily
    Track: yes
Calories: over. I was better than I wanted to be at my mothers 75 bday, but over nonetheless.
Exercise: no - running around cooking? Does that count?
    Water: under

Well, not a great day for me, but I did try and keep things in moderation. Since I cooked for the 75th bday I planned what I would eat and tracked ahead of time. With a two glasses of wine, that definitely put me over. Looking forward to starting fresh today. I have a conference all weekend, which are tough for eating right, but I’m going to do my best!

Happy Friday!!! Well, went over a bit on my calories yesterday. Forgot to plan in dinner when I planned everything else so, after eating dinner, I added it in. I was only over by 45 cals and over like 20 on my carbs. Oops.

Calories: Yup and a bit over

Day/Goals: Today was deadlift day, as are all Thursdays. Crushed my workout.
    Track: Yes
Calories: No, well kinda. I was 15 calories over my goal, but looking at the bigger picture, my calorie output vs my intake really puts me in the clear. I'm over 1200 calories into a deficit when you factor in my activity level today and my very intense workout (when my goal is to be at a 1000 calorie deficit), but that's not really how I see it, even though that's the reality. In my mind, I missed my goal, but in my defense, today I was really hungry.
Exercise: Yes, 62 minutes weight training, deadlifts, back, arms, and a little bit legs. REALLY crushed this workout, was really tired at the end, which is a good sign!
    Water Intake: 99 oz

Wow you killed it today! GREAT BURN KEEP ON GOING

I planned to go to a pound class tonight too, but slipped while shovelling the driveway and hurt my knee. I decided that I had better take it easy to avoid a serious injury.

Today's day 6 of the March challenge! It was very slow and I aggravating day I made it through, that's what's important. Was in bed and pain was going to try to do some of my homework since I'm behind but my body would not cooperate. But I managed to stay on track with my eating and not go over and I calories although I did crave something sweet today so I made me a banana strawberry smoothie with ice cinnamon and rice milk and water it was low calorie and delish it took away my cravings. So all in all regards to my food I had a very good day. As far as the week goes we'll see what the scale says tomorrow, stay tuned......

I had company and went over my calories. I would stay in my limit if I resisted nuts.
