    I feel for you!! yesterday, I did a 3 mile power walk with weights, and a 5 mile run..yup, feeling it. Not sure today is a day for exercise :wink: .

    3.2 pounds lost this week! :smiley: I’m pleasantly surprised. This week was my birthday week, and I went out to eat a few times, so I was nervous about how that might reflect on the scale, but it turned out good. ^^

    My waist is also 32.5 inches as of yesterday, the smallest it’s ever been, and that pretty much marks 10 inches off of my waist since the beginning of my journey! (I started with a 42 inch waist)

    And lastly, I went out clothes shopping two days ago, and I can now shop in straight sizes, and fit into a size large! I’m so excited. I got a few cute, new things that I love. (I started out wearing a size 3x)

    I’m very satisfied with this week. :)
