    I'm so happy I had a loss. I was just having a pity party the week before. I apologize for that. I'm going to do better this week and get back on track. I'm ready to get into the 170's for good.

    Well I'm
    Not surprised my weight yesterday displayed 145, so I'm okay with this weight. I've been sick with the flu this week, and wasn't eating well. I'm glad I'm better I can start working out again, and eating less takeout.

    Hi team had an awesome time with family this weekend hope everyone has a great weekend as well.

    After all the struggles our team has shared I am happy to say Flab-u-less was placed as the second team qothe the biggest most in week two. Way to go team with pushing through. I will post our biggest losers for team Flab-u-less later. Have a blessed day.

    I am sorry to hear you have been sick especially with the flu, it takes a lot out of you. Glad to see you are feeling better.

    Don't apologize, that is what this team is for. We are here for support and to encourage one another. While reading others posts to find others struggling as well should help to see this is not easy.
