    Today I got up and did my measurements - something I haven't tracked since the 14th January.
    I've lost 8.5cm off my chest, 8.5cm off my waist and 6cm off my hips.
    Very happy with those results :smiley:

    What a great NSV!! We know the scales are moving for you, but to see the cm's drop as well....I know you are pleased!!! Well done!!

    Exercise - 22 mins brisk walking
    Steps - 8.8k
    Fluid - almost 4 litres

    You are doing so great, Em!! Little by little. First you track your food and stay under your calorie goal. Then you get a Fitbit and work on increasing your step total and intensity. A recipe for success!!

    Pretty much what I was expecting...we had a rough week as a family. There wasn't much time to concentrate on diet and exercise.

    So sorry to hear you had a rough week, but at least you didn't gain! Not gaining while having a rough week is a win in my books!!! Hoping next week is better for you and your family!!

    Thanks for the encouragement! I've definitely been sticking to my diet. I believe that's the reason I haven't actually put back more weight since feeling better. Right now my BMI is within "normal" limits... but barely. I have no intention on giving up now!

    Saturdays are always hard for me to stay in calorie range. Calories: no, tracking: yes.
    But I did exercise, 60 min yoga and a walk with the family tonight. So glad the weather is warmer.

    Kinda disappointed but I lost 4” this week, and .3 lbs of fat is better than nothing!
