    If I could explain it I would. :( This week has been a real kicker from hell. I had a close family member diagnosed with ESRD and work and social life hasn't been a picnic either. I'm just taking it one day at a time and trying not to go back to my bad coping mechanisms (emotional eating and shopping).

    Hopefully I will see the 280's next week. :)

    Even though the scale went up this week, I still see results of getting smaller. Think I'm finally starting to gain some muscle.

    Sorry, I have been absent the last couple days. My mom took a rough turn. My weigh-in is on Friday. Hoping to hit 10 lbs lost for the month! I will take whatever it is, and continue to work on it next month! I started off strong, but have had some setbacks. Great job, everyone!!!
