AWESOME! Now making GOAL are @VHUBER, @POWER0304, @BELLE_74, @TAXMOM9093 and @LEANZ! And @FUTURE_ROCKSTAR did too then upped her goal! :drinker:
Great job everyone! Still a good 3 or 4 days left to get your miles done...of the regular or bonus variety!
Had an early phone meeting this morning so no gym, but will get out for a good walk this afternoon. And I couldn't stand it any longer so even though they dropped our forecast high from 51F to 48F, I decided to ride my motorcycle to work anyway. A little on the cool side, but it felt great and I was smiling ear-to-ear.

@kar328 - you 5k definitely sounds like a win to me .... and shows promise for your 4 miler. As for your classes .... what can I say, really, goat yoga. They sound hilarious, with challenge. I’m with @vhuber ... I’d love to do one.
@Chris - what an adorable grandbaby, don’t they grow so quick ..... it hardly seems like anytime at all since the birth.
@Dave - the treadmill clip killed me, tears were rolling down my face. Then, then!! You followed it up with the testosterone fuelled duel with the pink t-shirt

@vhuber @k80flec I love a variety of classes. Boot Camp is my favorite. The goat yoga wasn't related to the gym, the yoga teacher mentioned a farm in the area where you can do it. Not something you want to do if you're there to concentrate on your poses, but I did get in a few of them, some with a goat on my back. Thanks for the support on the running too :-)
Today is my birthday so I took the day off and had some fun. When I took this new daytime job, I had to give up my favorite TRX class - I really like the instructor, and it's on Wednesdays, so I got to go (I forgot how hardcore she goes, will be sore tomorrow). Before that, I was just starting to run on the treadmill, minding my own business, looked up to see both my trainer and dietitian are dancing and singing "Happy birthday" to me. Had to hit stop so I didn't fall off laughing. After the gym, I went to a foot spa place where they make you really happy with foot, arms, shoulder and head massage while you lay in a recliner. Followed that with a walk outside since the ugly weather decided to go away and it's in the 70s here.
Oh yeah, 4.5 miles total.

CONGRATS to @LOVEMYALEX for making GOAL!!
@K80FLEC - Glad you liked the treadmill clip! Yeah, you nailed that...that was definitely a testosterone duel alright...lol...pink t-shirt AND pink tights! All he was missing was the tutu!! There's no way I was going to let him beat me!! hahahaha It nearly killed me, but that was the only way he was going to pass me!
@KAR328 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Enjoy your day off and that weather! :drinker: :flowerforyou:
No gym today after a really late night last night. My sweetie's son who's 18 and lives with us and goes to an age 18-21 transition program participated in SkillsUSA this week. Some of you may know it by the name VICA (Vocational/Industrial Clubs of America). Individuals and teams "compete" in about 70 different vocational areas. They had their Minnesota State Awards Ceremony last night. He competed at the high school level and won a Gold medal in Digital Graphic Design and a Silver medal for a state pin design. Also out of the hundreds of high school and college kids that participated, he won the sole scholarship prize that was offered. He's going to put that toward going to the National level competition in Louisville, KY at the end of June. We are very proud of him!

Two bike rides I had scheduled for this week got rained out. I've had a very busy work week and been mentally exhausted by the time I got home. I'm running out of month, but I will get it done.0

@Dave, congrats to your sweetie's son. That's impressive. (thanks for the birthday gif)
Ran 2.2 treadmill miles this morning. Decided not to take a rest day since I'm having a good week physically and mentally. My HIIT class is canceled tomorrow so I'll have to think up something else in it's place as well. No Saturday class either. If the weather continues like this, I'll take myself outside.
