Still more snow expected on and off in the 10-day forecast. But on the upside, I'm feeling a little better and hoping to get to the gym again tomorrow morning.

I will be dropping off the radar for the weekend. My son is coming to my house, then we leave Friday for my spring event up by Mt Rainier. I rode the Daffodil Classic last year and it was freezing but fun. Will have my riding partner with me this year.

Congrats on your first half. Just keep your expectations realistic and you will do great. I just wanted to finish mine and that was the real victory. The battle is the training and you’ve done that. Now on to the taper tantrums.

5k yesterday and another 4K today bring my total to 25K for April0

Sorry for whoever is doing the update today. I got it wrong last time and added 10 miles too many. Should have been 55.13. Todays total should be correct1 -

Congrats on completing the training! I'm also running a half marathon on the 22nd, but it's not my first and it's been so hot in Florida I haven't trained much at all. I suspect there will be walking involved LOL. Have a great run. I'm so excited for you!
I did ride my bike into town today so that puts me at 54/75. I'm going to open up my NY house this weekend and it's 50F there, so I'm hoping to get in one more long run before the race.
