Well, I did it. I finally felt well enough to get back to the gym and do some stretching, situps, and 6.0 miles on the stationary bike! It didn't feel as bad as I feared, but my rear end thought that seat felt like a rock.
If you don't hear from me for a few days, then the blizzard weather prediction came true and we're buried up to our ears in snow again. lol Happy Friday the 13th!

@sufferlandrian For me it would be ice cream, or chocolate, so yes, definitely. Had a patient a while back who was 92, we were talking about our love of chocolate and she said she was trying to cut back and lose 10 lbs. Not me, if I make it to 92, I'm going out a big girl.
