4/14 was my father in laws memorial I ate junk but it was within my calorie count not my carb cycling

What a great loss you had last week!!! Congratulations on reaching 5 stones lost!! Fourteen pounds in five weeks....it's a lofty goal. You may not reach it it, but it sure can't hurt to try!!

Thank you. I know it wasn’t for me but we can all use your encouraging words. I have been feeling extremely unmotivated for some reason, not logging or anything. Not sure what my deal is but I appreciate this safe place where everyone has the ups and downs.2
