    Is there a picture of this??? Hilarious.

    P.S. I really was lucky on the half - I barely trained. The longest run I did was 9 miles a month before the race.

    Adding 25 miles for 314 miles. That's likely to be in for me for the month since I'm on a 62 hour shift this weekend.

    62 hours? Is that even legal? Good luck to you. Hope the clients aren't too crazy.

    As for me, I did a 3 mile run this morning. Not as good as yesterday - my legs felt heavier - but I got it done. I need to exercise more and lose some weight. :-1:

    Yep. It’s legal. Welcome to medical professionals. They are exempt from overtime rules and we are short handed.

    After 7 weekends of nasty rainy cold weather, this one is perfect! Went out for a ride this morning with friends, so adding 48.3 miles. Goal!!!

    Yesterday was a beautiful spring day and I was able to get 6 miles in on the bike path. Lots of traffic on bikes and on foot so it was a little tricky a few times but loved the time outdoors. Not feeling quite as good today and it is COLD again, so I only managed to force 4.25 miles out of myself.

    April total 66.75 miles. I was hoping to meet goal tomorrow but I will settle for squeaking in on the 30th.

    April 28: Adding 10.75 miles I think I have another meniscus tear in the right knee so it is no running and back to cycling again.

    @Dean: Sure hope you get some cat or dog naps in this rotation. Did you ever get another vet or are there no takers?

    @Janet: Only one photo so far and it was from a parent at the start of the taping. Not great quality but here goes. I look like the tin man from Wizard of Oz.

    My accomplishment for the day was riding my bike to church. If I get the energy I'm going to tackle organizing my digital photos which are threatening to swallow my computer.

    @clepant - love the photo! you do indeed look like the tin man. The students are awfully cute.

    3.5 miles walking/running outside. I was going to run, but didn't have the best leggings on for it (keeping the jiggly parts still) so I did intervals. It's gorgeous out and I made sure to run up some hilly areas.
