Since today’s my 40th birthday I’ll share my before and after pic This is going to be my best year yet!
Happy Birthday, Kate!! You look awesome in your after picture (you look like you could be at goal now) and your before picture doesn't look at all like there is 100 more pounds of you, unless it was some ways into your journey! Good for you to do this for your 40th birthday. When I turned 40 I was out of overweight, and had sciatica. So, I made sure for my 50th I was at (or near) my best!! Of course, I didn't stay there, and I have been trying to get all the way back ever since!1 -

Organizing my house for the Spring so I can really get on the exercise bandwagon.
An organized house is so essential to freeing the mind so it can focus on eating right and exercising! Otherwise it can get easily distracted by the visual clutter! That's part of my problem right now! I am getting behind in my chores....(I now realize how much my husband does to help out around here, especially dishes...I hate doing dishes!)0 -

I hate doing dishes as well so I know how you feel. It has been cloudy here in Oregon and I think if the sun came out I would be more motivated. I can then open windows and really get into cleaning and organizing.
