Not a great week. Between my birthday & Mothers Day I found myself eating on a downward spiral
Why is it sooo hard to get back on track when we have occasions to eat foods we don't normally eat? If we could eat them in moderation, we probably already would be doing that.
I am right there with you, Mel! But let's turn it around this week....
How do you feel? I feel terrible! Do I like feeling terrible? Nope! So, I should do something about it, seeing as I have the power to!!
Yep. If I could eat 'regular' food without the need to overindulge, I probably wouldn't need to be here in the first place! The food I did eat left me feeling ill most of the time. Too much sugar and carbs. Even though I felt terrible i just kept going. It's so hard! I am on track now and will just take it meal by meal and focus on that.

I am sorry, Tracie! I know this is very frustrating for you! These plateaus can last for a few weeks, so you need to be patient. Remember how far you've come, how much weight you've lost so far. Please hang in there!! (hugs)
