A couple of weeks ago, I had a few nights in a row without good sleep. That left me with cravings and a lack of focus which, in turn, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Last week, I took the time to stop and basically reboot. I super focused on getting the sleep and nutrition I needed. This morning I'm ready to start logging my food and exercise on MFP again. Happy to be feeling better. :)

Why is it sooo hard to get back on track when we have occasions to eat foods we don't normally eat? If we could eat them in moderation, we probably already would be doing that.

I am right there with you, Mel! But let's turn it around this week....

How do you feel? I feel terrible! Do I like feeling terrible? Nope! So, I should do something about it, seeing as I have the power to!!

It shows complete dedication and commitment to the process and to your health!!! Patience, perseverance and hard work, and now look at your reward....100 pounds lighter and an athlete! I am so proud of you, and pleased that I have been able to share in a portion of your journey!!

Sister, you are singing my song!!! When I don't sleep and I am tired all the next day, I crave too many carbs. Then I don't feel well from eating too many carbs, and I don't sleep well because of it!!! And the vicious cycle continues....

I am so happy that you have rebooted and are feeling better!! Here's to a great week, for both of us!!!
