I just got a text from my son in Germany. He got a three month contract job in Frankfurt for the summer, so I guess I am making my first trip to Europe in August. This becomes my new short term goal of why I want to lose some weight NOW!! Maybe this will help keep me focused during the spring!!5

Grrrr! I'm so frusterated! I started walking again last week and have been getting in around 4km almost everyday. thats just on my walks, my step counts are around 13,000 daily. I thought for sure I'd be down todau.1 -
Well I have been told I do. I'm a hippie chick through and through. I also have designs cut into the sides. My hairdresser loves it when I come in. Plus its wash n wear hair. No muss no fuss. Great when working out.1 -

I get that it's frustrating. On the bright side, it is only half a pound, so that could be just normal fluctuations. Walking is good and 13,000 daily steps is a good total, so keep that up! If you still think you should have lost last week, take a look at your logging. Is there anywhere you can tighten it up? Are you overestimating your calorie burns from walking, and maybe eating back too many calories?

We lost you as soon as you said "wine"! Your mistake?.....not finishing off the bottle the night before! So decide if this is just going to be something that happens only once in a while and then you can live with it. If it is going to be something that happens fairly frequently, you will need to come up with a plan to fit it into your calories, or come up with an alternate solution to those nights after busy days.....0 -
