    Friday May 4th

    Calories - No
    Tracking - No
Exercise - slept in lol , arm day with my son
    Steps - 7171
    Water - 100 oz

My son & I have a gym membership. We are back to the gym after a 5 month break due to his basketball. I still lifted at work alone during that time .

It was a rough day for me my good friend Died of cancer @ the very young age 37. Her memorial was on the 4th . It was very emotional day for me and I felt sad all day and didn’t tract very well. Plus it was my deceased grandparents 72 wedding anniversary.

Those sound like excuses to me sorry. Anyway it was a rough day but today is a new day and I am back to track. Rest day today maybe I’ll do som yoga & meditation a little later

    Happy weekend

So sorry to hear of your good friend's passing! Yes, she was far too young! And no, it is not an excuse...it is part of the grieving process for some, and for you, yesterday. Yoga and meditation today sound perfect! Glad you are back on track! (hugs)

Firstly, congratulations on a great week and a great loss on the scales! Yes, if you are just starting out, it is probably mostly water weight, but that doesn't mean we can't get excited to see the scales drop almost five pounds!! Six out of seven days under your calorie limit and not eating the junk food....those are two VERY good strategies to lose weight!!! Keep doing those things and it won't be just water you are losing!

    Thank you for motivation <3

Scroll down from the top of the group page until you see "May Information". The "May" link is under there.
