Had an amazing company event yesterday, training, motivational speaker topped by a kick *kitten* workout with one of our super trainer that left my legs almost paralyzed for a few hours (Love that amazing feeling of sore muscles because you gave it all you got)
Now on with this crazy week

The thing that is helping me this time is that I am mixing up my calories. I go very low for two days during the week, and splurge on one day or meal, then keep to 1000 the rest of the week. This seems to trick my metabolism and keep it from slowing down. It is miraculous really.
I was doing the same thing, but then I slacked off when summer hit and now i am playing back and forth with the same 4 pounds. I just started doing what your doing this last week, hopefully it will help again:)1 -

I spent the weekend with friends in the back country. Not very often you fall asleep watching a black bear and her cubs play (don't worry they were across the creek from us:) When we go in we meal plan (our horses can only carry so much) so all the meals stayed with in my limits and I ate fruit instead of smores:) I did hike one day, but mostly just let me self reset.
Now on to a busy week! Go team:)4 -

Today is my last day at my office, not sure how I feel? I have worked here for 15 years with the same two people. I am worried how my eating will go when I am home and don't have the structure of the office? But on a plus side I will be so much more active during the day! Sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day is hard for me when I have so much work I need to be doing on the farm!

Hi, I got a call yesterday that my daughter will be starting a new job in less than a month and will have to move. I want to help her get things packed up, get her current house ready to put up for rent, and look for a different house 200 miles away from her current location. I started writing this with the intention of bowing out of the group for the rest of July but now I decided I will take stay committed and I will take my scale with me. I will be taking the 900 mile road trip this weekend and hope I don’t have too much water weight to report next week. I haven’t been doing well and I apologize to the group for not supporting the numbers in the way I want to. This will change because I want to contribute the our team’s success.2

Serious lack of motivation this week. I was all rearing to go and then my energy was zapped.
I'm feeling better than I did but I just can't find the energy button to get me going again. Hopefully once this week has ended I will be ok again. My Mileage this week is rubbish at the moment. I need to try and get as much in it as I can before Monday.1 -

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. I've been back on track since I've been home from vacation. I've been completely motivated and staying under calories everyday with honest tracking. I'm hoping to have lost the 1.4 I gained on vacation plus some, but who knows. We shall see!2 -
