    Serious lack of motivation this week. I was all rearing to go and then my energy was zapped.
    I'm feeling better than I did but I just can't find the energy button to get me going again. Hopefully once this week has ended I will be ok again. My Mileage this week is rubbish at the moment. I need to try and get as much in it as I can before Monday.

    @wyhorzegal that's amazing you made it to onederland! I know you must be on cloud 9. Congrats and keep going and you'll make it to 175 in no time!

    I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. I've been back on track since I've been home from vacation. I've been completely motivated and staying under calories everyday with honest tracking. I'm hoping to have lost the 1.4 I gained on vacation plus some, but who knows. We shall see!

    With a vacation looming and a lot to get done (at work and at home), I have not been focusing so much on what I'm eating. Sorry team. I'll be back in 3 weeks and ready to recommit.

    Disappointing WI! I really have to get back to exercising! I have a summer camp which keeps me insanely busy but I really really need to find the time!

    Week 1 (01/07): 211.0 lbs ... 'clean' eating!... :smiley:
    Week 2 (08/07): 213.0 lbs ... beers ... too many beers! :sweat:
    Week 3 (15/07): 210.8 lbs ... YES :smile:, I want to be into the "new decade" by next weigh-in!!

    Hey everyone, I’m back and I apologize for my hiatus. We were out of town for two weeks with no internet, scale, or access to grocery store so I was at the whim of my mother-in-law’s cooking. Needless to say, it was not good for the scale at all. I am trying to get back on track and am hopeful I can lose what I gained back quickly. I’m entering a new decade in a month and I really don’t want to start that being so self-conscious or disappointed in how I look and feel!

    No change this week so I think I'm going to drop my daily calories. I am working out but I'm not nearly as active since a large amount of my day is spent reading.
