Disappointing WI! I really have to get back to exercising! I have a summer camp which keeps me insanely busy but I really really need to find the time!

This gain makes me sick. Too many celebratory dinners out. I got a new job that I had been hoping for for the last 6 months. I will be teaching science from home! It will be only 1 class of science, instead of 7 different ones, a LOT less travel since I only have to walk into my home office (except the monthly trip to Little Rock for PD), and a $5,000/year pay increase! And now: quit celebrating and get my booty back in gear!

Hey everyone, I’m back and I apologize for my hiatus. We were out of town for two weeks with no internet, scale, or access to grocery store so I was at the whim of my mother-in-law’s cooking. Needless to say, it was not good for the scale at all. I am trying to get back on track and am hopeful I can lose what I gained back quickly. I’m entering a new decade in a month and I really don’t want to start that being so self-conscious or disappointed in how I look and feel!

Sorry, forgot to post yesterday! My sister got married this weekend and we were SO busy! I ate cake for the first time since march, and I drank tons of champagne. Didn't hit the gym at all last week so i'm happy with my one pound loss!

Ugh, again with the photos. A co-worker took a few when I was working at my desk and then sent them to me! I don't get it...I am 31lbs down and I feel like I still look the same! I look in the mirror and dont see the fat - only in photos! I have avoided them for years and I guess that will continue for a bit more. Really shocking and very discouraging. I have 23 more till my goal so hopefully by then Ill see it. I am really tired of being fat and although I am happy I have lost this much I just am so impatient to lose the rest. Tomorrow I plan on exercising for the first time in a month. No excuses.5

I recently read it takes 200 photos before you get a good one- everything matters: angles, lens distortion, lighting.... don't despair.
My teenagers take pics of me driving in the car for snap chat and I look like an alien. Not good at all. But then I'll look at a pic on my recent birthday and I think welll I look pretty good. So, ignore those bad photos!5 -

@lacatgirl aren't those darn pictures just awful... trust me I have been learning all about taking nice pics for social media and it's such a challenge. I guess as much as it sucks try to ignore the bad pics and go by how you feel in your clothes. keep at it my dear you have done awesome and those last pounds will soon be gone too3 -

not my best week I have been slacking on nutrition but I'm still working out hard with my online programs. Just switched back to my old nutrition program and started a new lifting program so I'm not sure how the scale will be moving since I will be building some hardcore muscle (which weights more) but hopefully still going down.

So sorry this is late. My relatives were visiting for a while and you know how hard it is to do anything in your regular routine when family is around! We also ate a ton of junk food, so...I gained some but it's alright. It was my parents' 25th anniversary and my brother's high school graduation so we had two parties this weekend for the occasions. Lots of cake...so much cake...
