    Yeah he was spurring me on very loudly! But he has hired me to train him to do the Century in this tough event next year. Oh goody, I get to pay him back for all the crap he gave me as a child??

    Sorry for the late entry. I've been trying to take care of things at home and work. Not going well. Starting to sort out. Put me in for 300. I've got 158 miles so far this month.

    Adding 21 miles for 179 out 300

    Adding 37 miles for 216 out of 300.

    Adding 41 miles for 257 out of 300

    Also....I had been watching for it, but somehow I missed it. It did happen after I got back from vacation though. Anyway...... *****drum roll*****......as a group, together we've rolled over 700,000 lifetime miles! :drinker:


    Also, I got to the gym and did another 2.0 mile interval run on the treadmill again. Legs are a little more sore tonight than yesterday, but I'm going to try to push though it and go again tomorrow morning. We'll see though. :lol:

    Sorry. I have not been updating reguarly. My first half marathon on 8th July went well. The organisation was a bit shambles though. Was in Cyprus on holiday after that. Come back 2kg heavier. Back to moving my *kitten* now.
