    Greenbelt Half Marathon completed yesterday just over 2 hours with a time of 2.00:45. Was a awesome run in cool conditions with 18 km winds. Beautiful undulating course alongside a riverbank. The course was an out and back.

    GREAT JOB to ALL you MARATHON RUNNERS! You TRULY amaze me!!!
    I've been really dragging my @ss! I feel really tired, body hurts & have had lots of headaches. Needless to say but putting in real effort into fitness or accumulating many miles has been tough. Since posting last I've only covered 10.5 miles of walking.

    Sorry for the late entry. I've been trying to take care of things at home and work. Not going well. Starting to sort out. Put me in for 300. I've got 158 miles so far this month.

    Adding 21 miles for 179 out 300

    Adding 37 miles for 216 out of 300.
