    Its my bday and approx 1 year since my partner left...having a eat my sorrows day today...back at it tomorrow.

    I’m leaving Tuesday for a vacation with my daughter and was out running errands for it. We have a 7.5 hour roadtrip so I needed to stock up on car activities and snacks for her. I’ll just drink coffee and water.
    Since starting keto I have weaned off sweetener and just use heavy cream. I have even drank it black on occasion and was able to tolerate it!!

    Comments: I only have a few more days left to finish my cleaning and organizing before the big get together this weekend, down to the wire, however, I have enough time, provided I stick to my list...but nonetheless, still a big job when you let things get out of hand...anyways, it was a good day, stuck to my plans and hopefully, my scale keeps cooperating...

    Just finished Fitness Blander leg and butt workout (30 min) and abs workout (10 min) but only able to do 5 min. Going to do my yoga later on today. I feel more calm down and relaxed.

    Anyone else watch “ my 600 pound life”
    I was thinking that these people lose 200-300 pounds in a couple of years. And here I am struggling to loses so little.
    But I also saw that everyone of them gained a little till things got back on track. So I don’t feel so bad about my little gain. I can do this

    Good morning everyone.
    I am ecstatic today. I just weigh myself a few min ago, and my current weight is 277. I try to weigh myself every day at 10 am. I just can't wait for the day that I hit that 270 mark. Going to keep going for that mini goal mark and then go for that 260 mark, until I hit that 245.
    Don't give up people and keep on marching.
