I think this might be the 1st time that there is no one who posted 6 days....and I'm really hoping that these numbers are due to the bookmark problem, which has been fixed. Hopefully next week, everyone finds their mojo again!!

I’m leaving Tuesday for a vacation with my daughter and was out running errands for it. We have a 7.5 hour roadtrip so I needed to stock up on car activities and snacks for her. I’ll just drink coffee and water.
Since starting keto I have weaned off sweetener and just use heavy cream. I have even drank it black on occasion and was able to tolerate it!!1 -

I was thinking that these people lose 200-300 pounds in a couple of years. And here I am struggling to loses so little.
But I also saw that everyone of them gained a little till things got back on track. So I don’t feel so bad about my little gain. I can do this1 -

I am ecstatic today. I just weigh myself a few min ago, and my current weight is 277. I try to weigh myself every day at 10 am. I just can't wait for the day that I hit that 270 mark. Going to keep going for that mini goal mark and then go for that 260 mark, until I hit that 245.
