Things really slow down when I'm not on my strict travelling diet
, the temptations of home and going out during the week. Two more weeks at home before I'm on the road again. Disappointed I didn't lose 5 in the month of July...going to tack the .7lbs onto Augusts goal of hitting 230lbs by end of August. 0 -
