Hi all, this will be my 6th month with the group. July has been a vacation month, so I haven't lost much. I need to really kick it up for August and get back on track. I'm down about 50 lbs so far this year and I'd like to lose at least another 40 lbs by the end of the year. Let's all make August an awesome month!!7

This is my first time. I would like to lose 15-25lbs. I am pretty active already. I just need the extra motivation and support to eat well.5

Hi, Team! I was progressing well towards my weight loss goal a couple of years ago and then got distracted by work and other things. Now, I'm back within 10lbs of my heaviest and hope that I can start losing again. This was one of my favorite challenges, so hopefully it will help me reestablish healthier habits. Hi. I had lost 27 lbs from my biggest ever weight but recently I had an injury so havent exercised and between that, my husbands 60th birthday, a holiday and also generally hot weather in the UK which means more drinks and ice cream consumed, I have managed to put on 8 lbs. Hopefully this challenge will help to get me back on track. Good luck everybody3

Hey, team! This is my first time doing a challenge on My Fitness Pal. I was in great shape and running before I got pregnant last year. I had my baby 6 months ago and am struggling to take the weight off. I am very competitive and feel that this will motivate me to drop the weight. I want to loose about 30 pounds. I think being on this team and working with you guys will really give me the jump start to get back into my healthh, active life style. Thanks guys! I'm super excited about being on this team and helping motivate each other!!5

This is my first time doing a challenge and am looking forward to it. Not sure how much I will lose this month but I will be working my hardest to drop down a few kilos ... sorry I am metric so I will try and stick to pounds with my trusty kilogram to pound converter.
I am happy for anyone to add me as a friend too.

Hi! I’m Sarah. I have two kids, 9 & 5. We live a very busy life. This summer has flown by. School will be starting in about a week and a half. Then baseball and dance toward the end of August. Busy busy busy. I rely greatly on others encouragement and accountability. I have the desire of a healthier lifestyle just as much as I desire chocolate cake, but if I were being honest with myself...the total lack of will power wins. I have become a food addict. Aside from that I have a HIIT Class that I have been regularly involved in for the last year. I thoroughly enjoy it. It is two days a week, so I need to up my routine on my other days. Looking forward to this challenge!3

Hi all! This’ll be my 3rd month joining the challenge, and its definitely kept me motivated. I’ve hit the halfway mark to my UGW, and hope to continue to lose the rest by the end of the year (or be within 10-15 lbs from it).

Hello everyone! This is my first time doing a MyFitnessPal challenge. I started my healthy life journey when my scale read 181 and I was trending in a bad direction. Through diet and exercise over last year and a half I've lost 31lbs but ideally would like to lose another 20 to get to a healthy weight for my height. At 5'3" it doesn't take a lot to look unhealthy and feel that way as self image diminishes. I'm hoping some accountability will get me back on track as I've gotten... Let's say it as it is LAZY. if nothing more I want to lose size as I put on healthy muscle 🙂 and maybe for once just hear you look great. Rather than you look great for someone with 3 kids (people please, my youngest is now 18)7

I am usually pretty good at introducing myself, but I slacked doing it this month. This is my 6th (I believe?) month doing this challenge. I am down 88 lbs so far. I started off with a BMI off of the charts. I am 5 lbs away from being in the "overweight" category. That has been a pretty big goal of mine from the beginning. Hoping to hit that goal this month. It has been a rough couple months with a lot of setbacks. I have a special needs five-year-old that inspires me to get better and become the mom he needs. I'm a brittle diabetic, so that is also a big motivation. If anyone would like a supportive friend, you are welcome to add me. 😍💪❤️7
