    The last parade event for me this year (I hope). This one was huge, 100 units crammed into our little city. And very hot, over 90 by the time we finished and being unit 83 out of 100, we were there a long time

    Well the week flew by again! Jee whiz the summer is gonna be over before we know it!!!
    Since posting last (I think it was Tuesday) I've covered 13.5 miles. All on foot (7.5 walking & 6 jogging). 4 of those miles was jogging pushing the youngest grandson in the baby jogger while the two older ones road their bikes. I surprised myself on that one! LOL I had ALL 3 grandsons Thursday till this afternoon & I was VERY happy to return them!!

    Sorry for the late entry. I've been trying to take care of things at home and work. Not going well. Starting to sort out. Put me in for 300. I've got 158 miles so far this month.

    Adding 21 miles for 179 out 300

    Adding 37 miles for 216 out of 300.

    Adding 41 miles for 257 out of 300

    Adding 7 miles for 264 out of 300.
