    Thankful that my bad decisions the other day didn’t cause for more weight than that. Changing up my diet a bit so hopefully next week when I weigh in, it will be lost weight and not gained 😩

    If we can learn from our choices, then it is not all bad! Only a couple pounds...if you make different choices this week that should be gone in no time! You got this!!

    Exercise Yes Worked both nights and crazy shifts. I am finding that now that I am working 2 days in a row again my calorie burn goes up and I can (and need ) to eat more to fuel it.
