    I see a lot of decimal weigh ins. Can anyone share what type of scale they use or would recommend that isn't overly pricey?

    Not off to a good start in August!! Should not have had those nachos and beer at the ball game:-( Also vacation starts next week. Double whammy! I know there will be plenty of opportunities for walking I am not sure about health food options. I'll do my best.

    I use a Health-O-Meter scale. I tried using the ones that syncs data with apps. I hated it!

    Had a really, really bad week. So sorry team, I'm recommitting myself this week, started today off by going to the gym first thing.

    * Injured my knee on Wednesday and it is still quite swollen. Looks like I may be more of a hindrance than a help in this round as I can't do any exercise for a while. Anyway, hopefully the swelling will go down this week and I will try and concentrate on my diet for the rest of the month.
