    Week 2 - 158 - this is a bad month for me! We are headed out of town for two weeks for my nieces wedding. Do I bring my scale? I think I will! I am afraid that if I dont I will just eat out of control. I havent been counting calories this month - I have been crazy busy. I think Ill use this vacation to get back on track.

    hi guys ... sorry I have not been around much this week as 2 days after we got home from vacation my husband started having random massive nose bleeds and I had to take him to Emerg on a few occasions. He's all better now but got us concerned for a while lol.

    I have been having a hard time with my nutrition on vacation and stress eating... I will get back on track soon.... also I know I have made muscle gain that would explain a little bit of the increase on the scale.

    So here is to a better 2 weeks to come.

    I did bring my scale when I went to my parents for 2 weeks and stepped on it EVERY morning just to keep myself a little bit more in check of how much what I was eating was affecting my body

    @leni1us yes. You're see their posts like exercises, weight loss and diaries along with anything else they choose to post. Most people have their wall set as private but some are public. You can find that out by pressing on them before adding them because you'll see their information and wall posts like on Facebook.
    You have to message a person for a proper private conversation. When you write on a post or them on yours all the people on that person's list can see it.

    Typical as I weighed 2lbs lighter on Thursday.
    I'll just have to hope things sort themselves out next week.
    I've had to abandon the mileage planned for the month after that week I was in pain, it just messed up everything.

    I’m sorry guys :/. Social events every single day this work and it showed. I will kick it back into gear this week and am looking into better strategies to avoid falling apart at parties and on weekends.

    I forgot two weigh ins now this month. I'm sorry to bail on you but please count me out for August. I'll be back in September. After 15 weeks, the construction workers finally packed up and went away today. (Sigh of relief). It really didn't seem like that big a job...just lots more work and time than anyone bargained for. Now for the cleanup and on to the living room floor next. 😐

    Sorry this month I've done Terrible and yoyoed back and forth to always end up with the heaviest weight on weigh in day. 😭 At least I was 7lbs less for the family party last night than I was when everyone saw me back in February.
