Weigh in Week: Week 1
Weigh in Day: Wednesday
Starting Weight: 176.8
I need to really think of a game plan. Since transferring to the kitchen, Ive been losing and gaining the same 3-5lbs and its frustrating. Im a stress eater, who works with food.3 -
After a hard summer, I've kind of landed on my feet again.
The practical things after my wifes sisters death is finished.
The kids have returned to school and daycare.
My wifes boy is getting the help he needs ( and his pathetic father have moved to Turkey!!)
Work is busy, but not more than managable.
I'm back to working out (lifting) four or five times/week.
Diet is getting closer.
Started loosing a bit again after gaining in summer.
Life is slowly getting more stable, and I can start planning like before.
Still want to run, but so far I've not done it.
Far to go, but summerbody 2019 is still my target (only apr 45 lb to go)3 -

@justkris_gettingfit I've also been losing and gaining the same 5lbs for the past 2 months, and just recommitted to my plan this month. We just have to remember why we started and how good it will feel if we stick with it. You've totally got this!2 -

Loss this week: 3.7
Finally seeing a loss after a week of vacation and family time. I'm actually less than my pre-vacation weight. Feels good to be back on track. I could not workout this morning due to a fall I took yesterday. My entire body is sore from the impact of my 183 lbs hitting the pavement. Fortunately only sustained a few scrapes and some aches. Will back at it again tomorrow.
Merlot has the same effect on me ... hope you are OK ... well done on the loss0 -

@kellyjellyjeanbean Awesome job being so active and keeping within calories for your meals!!! How did your snack go? I was craving chocolate last night so I had a fiber 1 brownie...it was good, only 90 calories and it satisfied my craving (didn't think it actually would).
I didn't end up needing the snack. I had a black tea and then just went to bed. No hunger - yay!

Track: Yes
Calories: stayed under, again by eating one meal + protein coffee
Exercise: Yes 20 minutes JM 30 Day Shred
Goals for Day: We had to hit the road again to take my son his passport and birth certificate and his bike. Thankfully, he only moved 1.5 hours away. I ended up with a small burrito bowl for dinner.

I seem to lose and gain the same five pounds too! I’m about 15 pounds from my goal weight and just haven’t been able to get there (yet). I get frustrated with myself in having the best intentions food-wise and then making poor choices anyway. I workout so that’s not an issue. It’s just that I seem to have an issue with consistency with healthy eating. Which is obviously preventing consistent weight loss.2

Track: Yes
Calories: yes, finally had a normal day of eating 2 meals + protein coffee
Exercise: Yes 20 minutes JM 30 Day Shred Day 10, moving up to level 2 tomorrow! I was going to do Blogilates too tonight but I just put in a 14 hour day and I am literally exhausted- glad I at least did something this morning!
Goals for Day: My goal today was to have a normal, low sodium day and drink lots of water and hope that the scale doesn't reflect the eating out I did this week when I weigh in tomorrow... I stayed under my calories so I know if I did gain, it's only temporary water retention.2 -

So I haven't been on here since I joined. I really want this to be a fresh start and a new beginning. I was on here last year and I was active and I loved my experience and then I had a very rough patch in my life, and I dropped off from doing this. It was a 6 month ordeal. I'm so ashamed that doing that time I ate whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted. I would go to burger king and a large double texas whopper with a large chocolate shake and follow it with a pint or two of ice cream. I just spent my time binge watching shows. I weighed myself a couple of months ago and I was 214, I was really hoping that I was still around there, but the other day when I had to take my daughter to er for a high fever I weighed my myself and I'm now 227 lbs. I am the heaviest I have ever been. I wanted to cry when I saw that #. I have been thinking about what I was going to say on here for days, but I have been pushing it off. So in the end my starting weight is not 214, its 227. My goal is still 140, but I have to stop beating myself up and move forward. I am where I am, and it really shows me I can't just eat whatever want when I'm depressed and not expect to be affected by it. I really want to be more active on here from now.
Please change my starting weight to 227.4 -

@JLPadron86 You're here and starting and that's what matters. I'm sure none of us are where we want to be (weather by a little or a lot) or we wouldn't be here.
You've got this!2 -
