This week I lost an ostrich egg. Overall I'd like to lose the World’s Largest Ball of Tape + a Chihuahua + a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts...so 86.4 more lbs.1 -
Daily check in
I just got back on my diet about a week, so I haven't started logging yet. I do plan to start logging all food within the next week. Right now, I'm focused on staying low carb and eating healthier. Tomorrow I start my exercise. I want to ease back into things. I really excited to be a part of the biggest loser again.2 -
This is a wonderful post. A must read for all!

No gain is a loss! Sounds kind of like denial. Actually I did go up a little at the beginning of the week and then balanced it out at the end. Looking forward to a big change in my exercise routine beginning today. Mix things up and start again. Good luck teammates!1 -
If anyone has any tips on some yoga dvds let me know. Thinking about adding that to my new weight lifting routine. Comments are welcome!

It's really tough. I really like it though - I can't complete all the moves so I modify where I need to but I am definitely getting stronger. I found the DVD at a yard sale and bought it with a bunch of others for $1 so I think I'm getting my money's worth out of it. I'm currently on Day 12. I recommended it to a friend and we found another at a yard sale today!1 -

I'm happy with my weight loss this weekI'm using a sliding scale and I'm trying to be as accurate as possible, but I'm not quite sure how to write it out.
