Track: Yes
Calories: yes, finally had a normal day of eating 2 meals + protein coffee
Exercise: Yes 20 minutes JM 30 Day Shred Day 10, moving up to level 2 tomorrow! I was going to do Blogilates too tonight but I just put in a 14 hour day and I am literally exhausted- glad I at least did something this morning!
Goals for Day: My goal today was to have a normal, low sodium day and drink lots of water and hope that the scale doesn't reflect the eating out I did this week when I weigh in tomorrow... I stayed under my calories so I know if I did gain, it's only temporary water retention.2 -

So I haven't been on here since I joined. I really want this to be a fresh start and a new beginning. I was on here last year and I was active and I loved my experience and then I had a very rough patch in my life, and I dropped off from doing this. It was a 6 month ordeal. I'm so ashamed that doing that time I ate whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted. I would go to burger king and a large double texas whopper with a large chocolate shake and follow it with a pint or two of ice cream. I just spent my time binge watching shows. I weighed myself a couple of months ago and I was 214, I was really hoping that I was still around there, but the other day when I had to take my daughter to er for a high fever I weighed my myself and I'm now 227 lbs. I am the heaviest I have ever been. I wanted to cry when I saw that #. I have been thinking about what I was going to say on here for days, but I have been pushing it off. So in the end my starting weight is not 214, its 227. My goal is still 140, but I have to stop beating myself up and move forward. I am where I am, and it really shows me I can't just eat whatever want when I'm depressed and not expect to be affected by it. I really want to be more active on here from now.
Please change my starting weight to 227.4 -

@JLPadron86 You're here and starting and that's what matters. I'm sure none of us are where we want to be (weather by a little or a lot) or we wouldn't be here.

This week I lost an ostrich egg. Overall I'd like to lose the World’s Largest Ball of Tape + a Chihuahua + a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts...so 86.4 more lbs.1
