I have felt bad all week. But I've taken it easy, gotten more rest and worked hard to let my body heal so that I could get back to feeling good as soon as possible. Friday, I was feeling better and by Friday evening, everything seemed to be close to normal. So far so good this morning. ...and now to get as much done as I can that didn't get done while I was feeling bad!

I am on vacation right now with no scale. Could i just roll over for one week?
Good news is I have been working out everyday and eating well during the day. Bad news is food at night hasn’t always been great. But at least I am making some good moves rather than giving up altogether for the week

@abowersgirl It's pretty amazing sometimes how weight loss really happens, nothing, nothing, nothing and then boom, -3 lbs. Congrats!! Great job sticking with it!1 -
