Thanks @abowersgirl been an interesting few weeks and a bit challenging to stay on track with husbands 40th and also my son's 16th..just my daughters 13th to go on the 28th, and all the extra temptation be gone, hopefully until Christmas lol 😌
That makes the loss even more special...that you could celebrate these life moments, and still stay on track!!!2 -

Although i’m still here at 245, this is actually a nice win. The past two weekends were a little chaotic with the adult beverages amd carb heavy foods. I was honestly expecting to be back in the 250s. So breaking even makes me feel good about the hard work I put in this week. I will make better decisions in my fun plans this weekend and get right back to hard work on Sunday.3 -

Do we end next week or is the last one go into November?
Asking because the first 2 Saturdays in November I will be away at band competitions in San Antonio and Indianapolis and no access to my scale. Or can I just call those no change weigh ins? I really don't want to quit the group but changing my weigh in isn't ideal either as during the week with getting up so early for work I will end up forgetting (been weighing in on Saturdays for at least 2 years now).
