@HASWLRS We went to Victoria BC on Vancouver Island. It is a short ferry ride for us from Seattle.
I love it there and it is definitely one of my happy places.
I wondered if you meant BC, but I didn't want to assume!! We took a family vacation to Vancouver Island about five years ago. We flew direct from Toronto to Victoria, but only spent enough time in Victoria to have lunch on a patio overlooking the water and to walk around the Empress Hotel a bit, as I used to know someone that worked there as a pastry chef. We had our teenage boys with us, so the main activities were golfing at Bear Mountain Resort and deep sea fishing off the coast at Tofino.1 -
Sorry, I have been away this week. I am guessing my weight rolled over, so will weigh in again Tuesday. Not sure how good it will be- eating on the road & not exercising regularly might not add up to the results I want! 😒

Today was a good reminder that I’m only 3 lbs away from my next goal weight of 155. I’d really like to hit that before the end of the month. It can be done and I’m hoping to finish out this month on a good note.3 -

Thanks @abowersgirl been an interesting few weeks and a bit challenging to stay on track with husbands 40th and also my son's 16th..just my daughters 13th to go on the 28th, and all the extra temptation be gone, hopefully until Christmas lol 😌2

Fri and Sat plans are gonna spoil my little run there. But this is still the best week I have had in about a month. Very motivating. I feel good and think/hope I am back in a groove3 -
Hi. I have been logging in daily but tracking has gone to hell. My food has been all over the place with sick family members (including myself), working overtime and just general lack of focus.
I think I've missed 2 weigh-ins, so will sit the rest of this month out and rejoin for November if that's ok @HASWLRS4 -
