    Oct 9th Mini Challenge

    Calories: No, over by 100. But, I feel like my exercised should have cancelled it out... just going by the books here though.
    Exercise: Yes, Back workout today (1 hr+ of different exercises targeting the back) plus 30 min on the stair master.

    Hey, Mikayla. I am confused. Do you not factor in exercise calories when deciding if you are "under" or not, (because you absolutely should be), or you do factor in exercise calories, but the number you came up with wasn't as high as you thought it should be and thereby you were not "under"?

    I was really low on calories around 3pm, so had some almond butter and bacon :). Now I’m a smidgen under my goal. :)

    Sounds like an odd combination, but I have heard that "everything's better with bacon"!!

    Exercise, 14,000 steps and our game was canceled due to cold weather.
    Need desperately to shift back into gear. Hoops and volleyball season.

    Better than eating too much watching the Steelers lose!!! Yes, it is shift time. For you, into hoop and volleyball season. For me, into back from vacation season. And for both of us, into getting back on track!!!

    Feeling better this week. So hope to be doing better with the mini challenge and the weight loss.

    You only gained four tenths of a pound and you were ill most of the week. That is not bad at all!! Glad you are feeling better, and you'll have that little gain gone in no time!!

    Felt good yesterday tried to push myself today feeling a little sore & my neck is hurting again 🤔

    I've noticed that you have been pushing yourself a little more lately. Sorry that your body wasn't as ready as you had hoped. You've been doing well on the scales in spite of your injury, so as frustrating as it is, don't despair!! Slow and steady wins the race!!

    Okay, folks.... I think I am all caught up!!! For me, this week, I am just going to focus on catching up with two weeks of life things. I am still going to eat well, or well enough, but not worry too much about numbers. Then, I plan to "bring it" as we finish out October!!

    @bizgirl26 I 😍 varadero and November is the perfect time to go...it cools down and is so nice. My family went to Cuba in August and apparently it was unbreathably hot

    Exercise: Yes - 2 hours of yard work(mowed and picked up about 200 pounds of fallen branches), about 50 squats, 100 push ups and 1 brief terrifying sprint away from attacking yellow jackets. Ouch, they hurt!

    @HASWLRS We went to Victoria BC on Vancouver Island. It is a short ferry ride for us from Seattle.

    I love it there and it is definitely one of my happy places.
