Hey, Mikayla. I am confused. Do you not factor in exercise calories when deciding if you are "under" or not, (because you absolutely should be), or you do factor in exercise calories, but the number you came up with wasn't as high as you thought it should be and thereby you were not "under"?0 -
HI Gang I'm back from my well deserved vacation and I really did miss checking in here and seeing how everyone was doing.
I did weigh last week on the hotel gym scale but didn't have internet access and after todays weigh I'm kind of glad I did not post that weight as it was really up and would have shown a 8 pound loss for this week.

We walked a ton. Victoria is so walkable and we have fallen in love with it. Had so much great food and a very relaxing time.

I was really low on calories around 3pm, so had some almond butter and bacon . Now I’m a smidgen under my goal.
Sounds like an odd combination, but I have heard that "everything's better with bacon"!!2 -

I am really hoping that this week is my new kickstart. I have been in a no loss but no gain rut for a month and a half. I am sure after last weeks mini-vacation I will be up some this week but I hope to stay active and eat healthy to start going in the right direction again. If not, I guess I will have to sit back and reevaluate myself.
I am assuming your most recent mini vacay is the last for a while. And the next thing coming up is the holiday season. Ten weeks until Christmas. Go really hard until then and see what happens. What have you got to lose? (Yes, I know Thanksgiving is in there, but it is only one day!!)0 -

I am really hoping that this week is my new kickstart. I have been in a no loss but no gain rut for a month and a half. I am sure after last weeks mini-vacation I will be up some this week but I hope to stay active and eat healthy to start going in the right direction again. If not, I guess I will have to sit back and reevaluate myself.
I am assuming your most recent mini vacay is the last for a while. And the next thing coming up is the holiday season. Ten weeks until Christmas. Go really hard until then and see what happens. What have you got to lose? (Yes, I know Thanksgiving is in there, but it is only one day!!)
Yea ... except in 5 weeks im on a long vacation. 11 straight days starting on Thanksgiving ...
So here’s to hoping I kick these next 5 weeks in the butt and roll momentum into vacay0 -
