Honestly I'm full of flu at the min and have no motivation to do anything
Its so hard as the weather is turning now and everything. I'm trying but not succeeding. Given myself until end of October to get back in the zone.
I'm carbing like you wouldn't beleive as i'm not well, As of today I am 20.75lbs up pre holiday its shocking

Been roughly sticking to diet all week. Maybe slightly more carbs than I usually do. Not much exercise due to back injury. I did have some extra carbs last night that were to die for though.
Yam cookies (the orange ones)
Cook a yam in the oven
Smash up and mix with cinnamon(however much you want), 1 small box of raisins, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of simple mills pancake mix(or whatever flourish thing you have). Then scoop 1 tablespoon of mix and put on cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes at 400. So freaking good! We doubled the recipe and my kids loved them more than my sweet deprived body did!3 -

I am on vacation right now with no scale. Could i just roll over for one week?
Good news is I have been working out everyday and eating well during the day. Bad news is food at night hasn’t always been great. But at least I am making some good moves rather than giving up altogether for the week1 -

OMG I made massive typo with my weights when putting them here, so sorry. Thankfully I was just looking at the chart and realized what I've done! :-/
As much 162.1 would be amazing my weight this week is definitely 262.1.
Again so sorry, I need to be a bit more careful what I am typing before 5am, I get a little bit confused weighing in kgs then converting to lbs to post here, but I will get there lol.3 -

I have felt bad all week. But I've taken it easy, gotten more rest and worked hard to let my body heal so that I could get back to feeling good as soon as possible. Friday, I was feeling better and by Friday evening, everything seemed to be close to normal. So far so good this morning. ...and now to get as much done as I can that didn't get done while I was feeling bad!

Just don't get too discouraged and make sure to pick yourself up and dust yourself off and begin a new. You got this!!! I heard once "it doesnt matter as much about whether or not you fall but rather in how you recover"2
