    Under calories: YES! - I was taking pieces of food off my plate a few grams at a time while updating my food diary until I came in under calories!

    Exercise: Yes - 20 minute HIIT on elliptical / 40 minute intense lower body strength training / playing in the pool for 90 minutes with a 3 year old and two 8 year olds. Lots of throwing, escaping and being attacked :)
