    WEIGH IN
    Username: mikea2g
    Starting weight on 7/25/2018: 309
    September start weight: 290
    October start weight: 279
    -————————————-
    Previous Week's weight: 279
    Today's Weight: 274.8

Everything felt like it took tremendous effort this week. Not eating the wrong stuff, going to the gym, staying on course through emotional moments. Super glad I stayed the course though. Great weight loss this week and looking forward to this coming week being smoother and less of a fight for every moment of control.

    Weigh-in

    Last: 245.5
    Current: 245.4

I cannot get past this 245 plateau. Even now that I am back in a semi-regular (4 times a week) gym routine.
I have been at 245 since the last week of August and never got higher than 246. I guess I should be thankful I’m not gaining, but it is frustrating.

It might be time to change some things up with your diet. I’m not sure what you’re doing as far as macros, intermittent fasting, calorie restriction, etc.. sometimes increasing water helps too. Pee all the time, but can help the pounds come off.

    Just some random thoughts...

@erikNJ Change is what's good for a plateau. Try switching things up, exercise, food, etc.
I hit one for a while and what broke me out of it was switching up my intermittent fasting schedule, I added in a couple of days where I only ate one meal a day, not for everyone, I know, but definitely take a look at your macros and see if you're maybe eating too much for your current weight/size. If you've lost a significant amount of weight, it's probably time to revisit your macros/calorie needs.

Appreciate the advice. I have never tried intermittent fasting, maybe i should give it a go. I definitely stay up on my water. I am already going all day so I dont think I want to increase.

It is Thanksgiving weekend in Canada . Any other Canucks have a good one . I want to stay strong with my goals but I also want to enjoy the weekend . 🙂🥧. Going to try to limit it to one cheat meal . We will see how it goes
