    HI Gang I'm back from my well deserved vacation and I really did miss checking in here and seeing how everyone was doing.

    I did weigh last week on the hotel gym scale but didn't have internet access and after todays weigh I'm kind of glad I did not post that weight as it was really up and would have shown a 8 pound loss for this week.

    We walked a ton. Victoria is so walkable and we have fallen in love with it. Had so much great food and a very relaxing time.

    Back still a mess, so no exercise. Calories 117 over my goal. Just trying to stick roughly to diet even though can’t exercise right now. It’s amazing how gross I feel just sitting around. Use to be able to chill out for weeks at a time. Now it’s been 2 days and I feel like I’m failing at life. It’s a good thing overall, I suppose.
