    Kept my calories as per my current macros, only excercised 3 times last week. Its just this of month when the weight goes up. Next monday the scale would go down.

    Hello, team The Big Butt Theory!! Yes, I am on vacation, but we don’t get on the boat until tomorrow, so until then I am in the Delta Hotel in St. John’s with Wi-Fi. Too early to go to sleep, but too tired from a great day of sunrise watching and hiking to do anything else, so I thought I would post the results from September while they are still current!!

    You are in great hands with Ashley until I get back. Be supportive of one another and kick some butt!!!

    I thought I had posted on 13th but I'm thinking maybe not. I have all my records but not sure what you have from me submitted? Was my last weight in to you on Fri 7th Sept? I have been away but should have inputted on 13th too

    Just so I know what to submit Friday :disappointed:

    Exercise: Yes - 20 minute HIIT on elliptical / 40 minutes intense upper body weight training. Did everything with more intensity today. Felt great to put in the extra effort, but goodness gracious am I ready to go to bed right now!
