Unfortunately, I had a 12 hr work day in the books today; I didn't prep healthy food for it, nor did I exercise when I came home. Not the best way to start off the month of October. Tomorrow I will go to the grocery store to get prepped for the week...I've got goals to accomplish for this month!6 -

I thought I had posted on 13th but I'm thinking maybe not. I have all my records but not sure what you have from me submitted? Was my last weight in to you on Fri 7th Sept? I have been away but should have inputted on 13th too
