Asking because the first 2 Saturdays in November I will be away at band competitions in San Antonio and Indianapolis and no access to my scale. Or can I just call those no change weigh ins? I really don't want to quit the group but changing my weigh in isn't ideal either as during the week with getting up so early for work I will end up forgetting (been weighing in on Saturdays for at least 2 years now). Thanks

Question:
I’m constantly starving lately. Nothing has really changed. I eat approx 2000 calories a day and that leaves me around a 1000 calorie per day deficit. I’ve been consistently losing on average 2 pounds per week for 3 months doing this(whether I exercise like crazy or lay around all day). I use to feel full and sometimes struggle to get the full 2000 calories. Now I feel like I’m going to die if I don’t eat more. My macros are 40 fat/ 35 protein / 25 carbs. I eat a ton of veggies and lean meats, a little fruit. Fun fats like bacon, avocado, eggs. Obviously I could eat more, but since my weight loss has been so consistent with the current way of eating, I don’t want to slow down.
The question portion of this statement is - What the heck is going on? Any advice on feeling fuller? FYI, I tend to stagnate when I eat more carbs, I get good consistent sleep and I drink a ridiculous amount of water.1 -

Some questions that came to my mind:
Do you eat the same thing every day?
Or the same meals throughout the week?
If so, it might be time to switch things up, even if you keep the same ingredients. Pinterest is a great source for meal ideas.
Other questions:
Do you take time to eat your meals slowly?
Of the carbs you do eat, are they complex carbs?
You could also consider raising the amount of protein and lowering your fat for a week or two (35 fat, 40 protein) or even (30 fat, 45 protein). It might just be that you need to switch things up that way.3 -

I usually change my every now and than, depending on my Weigh loss and physical activity. If the current split works for you as it is, maybe add couple of hundred calories on the days you have more activities. Do you eat all the calories back that you have burned?1 -
