Having some upper back pain in the area behind my right shoulder. It feels like I pulled something when rowing the other day. I've been taking it easy Wednesday and Thursday. May resort to light cardio today.4 -

Major NSV — lost weight this week despite 3days at my sister’s home! Traditionally I gain several pounds there and destroy my habits! Whoo hoo!5 -
To all my dear friends who wished me well and sent prayers. Thank you, it really means the world to me. I wish it was a problem that I could PT, or do something to make it better. But, I have to trust my Cardiologists and the Good Lord to make me well again. After more testing the Cardiologists are certain it is Atrial Flutter with rapid ventricular response. From what they are telling me, my heart is strong, it's more an electrical problem.

Comments: I could tell dinner was saltier last night than what I usually eat because someone else made it but I definitely felt in control and tried to eat intuitively since I could measure and calculate my exact calories. But I do think I did a good job. The scale rose a bit this morning but nothing crazy for me to worry about. Will eat less sodium today and at deficit.5 -

Goals/Day/Comments: got my test results and I am retaining too much water because I have low sodium levels. Once the water pill starts working, I should shed this darn water weight. Doc said to keep doing what I'm doing and not to get bogged down with the numbers on the scale. I am doing right. I am glad to get such encouragement!6 -

This weight was a surprise considering I was trying to maintain this week lol. But whatever, I'll take it.
Sorry guys, today I've been a bad team captain, I will have to catch up tomorrow, today was meet day and I did what I set out to do, hit my openers and made a total, didn't make all 3 of my attempts on each lift, due to a technicality, but that's okay. It tells me what I need to work on next, and next time I'll do even better! I'm headed out to have a little fun and tomorrow is my best friend's birthday dinner so Monday I'll be back at it, but this weekend is about having a little fun and I have a lot to be happy for so I'm going to take it. It's been 14 weeks since I've allowed myself to have any fun, so this weekend is about letting loose a little before I set some new goals and get them.
Keep crushing it guys, you all have what it takes to crush your goals!6 -
