I'm not sure if today's weight is correct. My scale has given me 3 different weights this morning, with this one being the most common. UGH!! I don't like it and next week will have to be better.1 -

@dheliason sounds like your scale needs new batteries. Mine does that and gives wild fluctuations when they are getting low.

Personally, I am going to have to say my eyes. I always get compliments on them. They are a deep blue. I like to watch and observe people and my surroundings all the time.2 -

I resisted candy offered to me by co-worker yesterday. After giving this much thought -I believe she was just being nice, just forgot that I am back to no added sugar in my diet- I am one week of no cheating, it is a real struggle the first couple weeks, don't want to blow it now.
I love, love candy, all of it, but it has a negative efect on me as in terms of weight control, sparks massive cravings for more, irritates my acid reflux/GERD and makes me really run down, lathargic after it wears off.
