 Goals/Day: Bummed I didn't get my exercise in. Just ran out of time and got too tired. I did up my calories a little from 1200 to 1380 because it seems lately I'm eating back most of my exercise calories. I'm going to try and stay around 1200, but if not I'm not beating myself up either.1

            Sorry, I am just whining because I am tired and bitchy right now. Right now we only have (3) 911 dispatch for the county right now--2 day shift and 1 night shift. If something happens to one of us we are going to have to pull a deputy off the street to help. They hired 2 new people and neither one of them can pass the test so I don't know how long we are going to be working like this. Fortunately, my husband has been able to do all the carpet and tile cleaning by himself for the business we own, but I am getting behind on paperwork.2

            @cdavisdeva great day! I found that everyone eats a little bit more when the weather gets cold too. I think that it is just natural. You just can't go crazy on the comfort food like some people do. You do great though!1
