Just up a bit from last week. This coming week there are no holidays to celebrate, so a good week to start to reverse the trend!!

    Weigh-in Day

    Previous week: 163.5
    This week: 164.2

Although it’s not in the right direction, it didn’t take me by surprise. Yesterday was the first day of better eating and exercise since before the holidays. Nature might not be of any help to me these next two weeks either.

@HASWLRS I will need to weigh in early (probably tues) next week as I am going on Vacation. :)

Well you did start to eat right, so that's a positive step! Do what you can before you go on your vacation, enjoy your vacation, then come back and do it again!!

I wasn't expecting such a drop in 1 week, but I will say I have a little help from nature. Also in the last week I have been very busy and drinking 3x as much water as the week before.

What a great loss!! Drinking lots of water and eating right after a while of doing the exact opposite will often result in a big drop the first week. Just enjoy it and go from here!!

Kettlebells are great for making you feel out of shape. You think, “hey, how hard could it be to swing this little weight around.” Then BAM! You’re on the floor desperately trying to find any and all air you can. :)

I just bought a 60 pound KB. I’m looking forward to using it once my knee is up for the challenge. My ultimate goal in relation to kettlebells is to swing a 100 pound KB 100 times without a break. This is because my wife is 100 pounds (she’s a tiny lady) and it makes me smile thinking I could swing her like that :)

Hey I'm Tracie I'm 38 from Wigan, UK.

I started my journey Oct 2017 at 298.5 and currently (after Xmas celebrations sit at 213.75). My goal is 165 and I want to reach that this summer. I'm 5'11 so can carry it quite well and as I get closer to my goal this may well change, I have been overweight for 15 years maybe so it's hard to tell.

A small loss but movement in the right direction, I'm happy as we've had a lot of food leftover from Christmas and there has been some drinking this week

I’ll get back to exercise either this weekend or next week. Trying to make sure my body is fully over this cold that seems to not want to go away

Nothing. Although I did weigh myself Wednesday to see the NYE/NYD damage and I did lose that extra weight over two days. So I guess that is a (very) small win

I was reading this morning about small weight gains the day after you have an extra hard workout (like crazy kettlebells) due to water retention. Maybe the number is lower than showing due to that.

Weighing in weekly has definitely shown me that weight loss is not linear .
Hoping I can kick this cold within the next week. I miss running. :-1:

    Enjoy your weekend everyone!

    Last Week 237
    This Week Weigh In 236.2

I had 5 really good days, one horrible day, and one so so day. Its a little upsetting because I at flawless for 5 days in a row, nothing but whole foods, and then I feel off. I will try better this week.
