@Dave - I just love your inspirational posters - they raise my spirits
@clepant - I hope the knee is slowly, but surely improving
@Janet - have an awesome Dopey
@kar328 - what an insightful reflection on your day. We rarely get the opportunity to to see a physical manifestation of our before and after.
@sufferlandrian - roll on summer, you really do deserve some support at work. I’m in constant awe of the hours you work.

Thanks Dave for all the tips.Years ago, a young guy at my dad’s work would walk out the door, walk over near the river bank, scream at the top of his lungs and go back in to work, like nothing happened. He would do this periodically until someone asked what he was doing. He said that he was relieving his stress level.Mine you, This was in the early 70’s during the hippie movement...but it worked for him.I could just see me doing that today. In five minutes, someone would have me in a straight jacket.

Trying to take it easy on my knee (again...ugh) so put me down for 50 this month. I don't want to lose my streak of challenges!

    1/2 - 7 miles
    1/4 - 5 miles
    1/5 - 9 miles

Going on my first cruise next week...to Cuba! Definitely looking forward to a lot of relaxing and drinking (gotta get my money's worth out of the drink package i bought).

No miles to report today, but I said I'd post my weight. Today was 145.8. I'm trying to get to 138. I've been lower and for some reason it's shot up recently - it was in the 142 range. And moving the scale around to different spots on the floor doesn't help - except to get a couple of extra squats in.

Happy Birthday Char!!! WOW!!! Those flowers are BEAUTIFUL & so are YOU!!! You deserve them!!!

My life has been very full of stress & that is why I haven't been posting (you know, just another thing I gotta do!) but I have updated my ticker for the miles I have walked & I posted my weight. Would LOVE to get back to 130 to 133. I was there a month ago & it felt GREAT.
