Yes x3. Did 3 videos today - a Tabata cardio, squat challenge and a stretching and toning.
My back never bothers me during the day but it gets sore halfway through the night. I can’t seem to find a comfortable position but when I get up for the day it’s perfectly fine. We recently got a new mattress but it didn’t help!4 -
Exercise yes strength pit
Calories yes sticking to it
Tracking yes the only way to know macros
My gym is making sure my back stays strong and healthy. I have a dowager's hump so I do lots of chin tucks while having pressure on the c3 to correct it. The perks of having a daughter that is a physical therapist.3 -

I have stayed on track though for the most part...I have fallen behind on a few things. Good thing I have a conference call today or this might not have gotten up till tomorrow...lol

Because you asked to see work out photos..... here is a pic enjoying skiing near Lake Tahoe, CA two days ago.

OMG, my face is huge in that pic. Well anyway, we had a gorgeous view of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It just takes an hour to an hour an a half to the ski resorts depending on which one we go to. Then, right back to much warmer sea level life for me.

Exercise: yes

Calories: yes, even though I wanted to drown some sorrows in ice cream, I just stuck to a small serving instead.
And, my back is fine, so far. I'm pretty mindful at work to get up and walk around regularly. As well as that, I also have a standing desk, which helps (although, I should use it more)

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Did I! LOL 45 minutes of strength this morning, including an insane Spartan Endurance workout (SO many burpees!) and abs. Then 2.65 mile run on The Dreadmill after work.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and ended up under!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!
Luckily I have never had any back issues (knock on wood). I feel all my strength and abs workouts really helped to keep my back strong, which I need for distance running.4 -

Entered my entire plan when packed lunch this morning. Knew I had 200 left, even with afternoon snack. Was nice I made it to dinner with those and could add spaghetti sauce and half english muffin.2 -

Made me ! I've weighed out a few grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips when in a pinch, too. Works every time, and is just enough to satisfy that craving for chocolate!1 -

No eating out! Yay!
81 mins walking 121-128 avg bpm
My back has been great since losing weight. Pilates helped until I broke my arm in Sept. PT has me doing a lot of back stretch & extreme tightening of back muscles. So funnily enough, just the day you asked, my back is a bit sore. PT says that often happens initially.. I should be able to go back to Pilates pretty soon!
