When we consistently complete the methods we have chosen to lead us to victory such as recording our food, drinking our specified amount of water, exercising, or planning our meals ahead of time, we are going to see good things happen.     It is!! I don't know where my brain was that day... It was correct on our tally for sure.

    Yes registrations for February start next Sunday but you won’t need to register again as you’ve been active all month you will automatically be added in for next month. We can also add you to our step challenge for February!! Yay!!

    Great job keeping up with weigh-ins this week! And everyone but me had a loss. Sorry to let you all down, guys! But it was my birthday 2 days before weigh-in, and that's my excuse >:)

    There are no Tuesday weigh-in people, so we get a chance for all the Wednesday folks to up their game today to ace tomorrow morning o:)
